Mitti 1.2.4 released

Hi! We are happy to announce a new update for our pro video cue playback app Mitti: version 1.2.4. The new release focusing on bug fixes mostly, but we found room to apply some enhancements here are there too!

Enhanced Blackmagic Output performance

We've applied a couple of optimisations around managing the Blackmagic Output, so that should be even more smoother while using less resources from this release.

Transition toggle with OSC/UDP

Enabled the control and feedback of Transition toggle buttons by OSC/UDP.

HEIF support on macOS 10.13 High Sierra

We've added support for HEIF still image files (.heif) on macOS 10.13 High Sierra. HEVC videos - aka h.265 - will work out of the box on High Sierra!

Fixes

This version is resolving issues with

  • audio playback when Pause at Beginning/End enabled,
  • triggering and chasing issues in MTC/LTC slave mode,
  • relinking missing media,
  • various problems with Blackmagic Output,
  • stuttering playback on longer Playlists,
  • and a few others of course.
