Hi there, Vuo heads! As you may already know, CoGe supports playback of compositions made with Vuo, and since CoGe 1.6.4, you can also use Vuo compositions as effects. You can find more info about how Vuo is supported in CoGe here: http://support.cogevj.com/articles/vuo/cogevj-vuo So, you already have some own Vuo stuff, but don’t have a license a CoGe license? Or you have a CoGe license but would be cool to have a Vuo Pro license too? Here is the opportunity to win a license for both CoGe and Vuo!

How to apply?

  1.  Create an Image Filter (a Vuo Composition which conforms to the Vuo Image Filter protocol), without using any of the Pro nodes
  2. Upload that to the Vuo Composition Gallery (https://vuo.org/composition - you need to create an account on Vuo.org if you don’t already have one) and check on the Integration->CoGe and Protocol->Image Filter checkboxed on the “Help others find your composition” tab.
  3. Also create a screen capture (video) about the effect and  upload it to Vimeo or YouTube, then embed on the page of your Composition in the Composition Gallery, so anyone could see it in action.

Rules

  1. Vuo Compositions uploaded to the Composition Gallery should be significantly different than any compositions already in the Composition Gallery.
  2.  Compositions uploaded to the Vuo Composition Gallery between 29th of Feb and 13th of March and meets with the requirements above are automatically set to be part of the contest.
  3. The winner will be chosen by public voting on Vuo.org, between 15th of March and 22 of March.
  4. Prizes are: 1x Vuo Pro license, 1x CoGe Single User license
