Clearly the best new feature added is the support for FreeFrame and FreeFrameGL effects - in addition to the already available Core Image and Quartz Composer based effects.
An other interesting feature is the new Collect and Save Files item in the File menu, which helps you to easily moving projects between computers. Of course, there are fixes as well, so the update is recommended for all users. Grab it from the auto-updater, or from the website.
