CoGe 1.6.4 released

coge 1.6.4 isfCoGe 1.6.4 has been released with new features as well as bug fixes. The most exciting new feature is the ISF Effect support. ISF stands for Interactive Shader Format, it is a file format that describes a GLSL fragment shader, as well as how to interact with and execute it – the format is developer by the guys at Vidvox. You can find more info about it, as well as downloadable filters at http://www.interactiveshaderformat.com.

CoGe comes with 150+ ISF filters, and since ISF effects are lightweight and pretty fast, we suggest to use them instead of Core Image and QC effects whenever its possible.

In this release we also support Vuo Image filters, the Ram Preload function has been enhanced. For the full list of changes please check out the changelogs.

You can update from the built-in updater, or by download the latest version from the website.

Vezér 1.5.2 released

vezer_152_sync_outputVezér 1.5.2 has been release with new features as well as bug fixes:

  • Compositions now able to transmit MIDI Machine Control (MMC) messages, like Locate, Play, Stop, Rewind
  • Now you can output to mono audio channels
  • Support for renaming all selected Flags
  • Use SHIFT+Up/Down to 0.01 increment of OSC float keyframes, and normal should be 1/100 of the max values

CoGe Forums is closing

After more than 6 years of operation, the CoGe User Forums is shutting down, and its on read-only state from now.

Over the years we’ve found that the forums is not the best place to give you excellent support: 98% of the times support request initiated from the Forums ended up with private e-mailing, because its more secure and easier (think about sending project files and content) to handling on both sides. So, we are moving forward to an other support solutions, which will better serve the changing needs.

Sadly, we cannot  import all the discussions and topics to the new service, so this will be a fresh start. All of the custom modules created by us will be uploaded to the new host, but we just cannot move the ones shared by our awesome users over the Forums, so we are trying to give you some time to achieve your stuff from the forums if needed.

We encourage past and current users to retrieve any information you want to retain from the  Forums. The shutdown will occur on December 24, 2015. Thanks to all who participated over the years, you guys rock!
